King Jamshid was a wise and brave king. He was gifted with a special power, a sign from Ahuramazda, the mighty creator. This power was called the "Divine Glory." It shone like sunlight and kept him strong and kind. But the most amazing gift of all was Sepida, the white bird. Sepida had sparkling feathers and soft wings, and she was a symbol of the Divine Glory. Sepida protected King Jamshid wherever he went.
